Established in 2011 by professional concreter and entrepreneur, Grant McKenzie. Totalspan Capalaba has a display centre located at 126B Redland Bay Road in Capalaba – come in and say hi! The team are very welcoming, and they have displays of our buildings erected, so you can see just how strong they are and incredible they look.
And they can help you from start to completion! Additionally, they offer greater choice with our portal steel frame buildings, and they can custom design a shed specifically to meet your needs. In fact, with Totalspan’s in-house engineers, we are one of the few who actually can custom design outside of the industry standards. Totalspan Capalaba offer a great range of optional extras to further enhance your building.

As a self build project and my first time. I can't thank them enough, 5 star service. Everything was perfect. From packaging / delivery / instruction and additional help when i got stuck. And the finished carport/garage turned out fantastic. A true addition to the house.

The entire team at Totalspan were great, I am very happy with my new carport. During the busiest time of the year, they managed to organise a quote within a reasonable timeframe, deliver materials on the exact date they advised 6 weeks prior, and the installation was on the scheduled date. They maintained communication all the way through. The sales staff were great and very informative, administration were very helpful and the installation team were very professional.
